Shipping And Handling. UK mainland only. Goods are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for packages up to 2Kg and by courier for packages over 2Kg - all packages will require a signature on receipt of the goods..

Shipping overseas has a minimum (EC £18.00 - North America £25.00) and we may require an additional payment for heavy or bulky orders. If this is the case we will always ask you before making any additional charges. All other destinations prices on application.

Customers from the U.S.A - because of more stringent security checking of all goods going into the US since 9/11 some goods are taking up to 3 weeks to get through.

We aim to deliver your order right away. If the item is in stock, we will normally send your order to you within 1-3 business days for UK mainland orders. Out of Stock items normally ship within 7-10 working days.

International orders are conditional upon the postal/courier services available.

Please note: Although we do our best adhere to our stated delivery times, occasionally this is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers will always be informed of any delay and where possible offered the chance to cancel their order.

We try to ensure that all items are in stock. If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we will backorder for you. Estimated delivery times and stock availability is indicated by many products.

We will only accept orders where all personal details supplied match those held by your Card Issuer. If you wish to order goods and have them delivered to an address other than the address your card statements are sent to, then please complete your order with the correct details and contact us at info@pro-streetcycles.com and provide the address you would actually like the goods sent to. Bit of extra legwork but at least you know the security works!

LIMITED WARRANTY

Pro-Street Cycles Ltd warrants that any Pro-Street Cycles Ltd products sold hereunder shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase by the consumer excepting the following provisions:

1. The product must be properly installed, maintained, and operated under normal conditions.

2. Pro-Street Cycles Ltd shall have no obligation if the Pro-Street Cycles Ltd product in question was modified by any other person or organization.

3. Pro-Street Cycles Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from a failure of a Pro-Street Cycles Ltd product, the failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery in a non-conforming condition, or for any other breach of contract or duty between Pro-Street Cycles Ltd and a customer.

4. Pro-Street Cycles Ltd products are often intended for use in specific applications. Pro-Street Cycles Ltd makes no warranty if a Pro-Street Cycles Ltd product is used in applications other than where it is intended.

5. Pro-Street Cycles Ltd makes no warranty of any kind in regard to products distributed by us. We will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer and where possible, we will expedite the claim on behalf of our customer, but ultimately, responsibility for disposition of the warranty claim lies with the manufacturer.

Pro-Street Cycles Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

a. The vendor will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been authorised by a director, and the goods are received by the vendor in stock condition, with original packaging, and the vendor reserves the right at its sole discretion whether to accept the return of the goods or whether to rectify the goods or whether to issue a credit note in respect thereof. The vendor reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on goods returned for credit which are not in stock condition.

b. The purchaser shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of outward and return carriage and insurance of all goods returned by the purchaser to the vendor for service or credit which goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by the vendor. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser.

c. All items returned to the vendor by pre-arrangement and found to contain no fault, will be subject to a 15% restocking charge, provided the goods are in original stock condition. Any downward variation of this restocking charge shall be at the sole discretion of the vendor.

d. No credit shall be allowed for goods until they have been received complete.

e. A Full Credit will only be given on items returned within 7 Days from Purchase.

f. If a credit is to be given, the original carriage charge will not be refunded/credited.

g. Clothing - If you would like a different size than we will be happy to exchange it for you, with the additional postage charge.
